Privacy Policy

PinPilot is an affiliate content operations tool. This policy explains the information processed when an account owner uses PinPilot.

Information we process

PinPilot may process account identifiers, workspace settings, product links, campaign data, generated drafts, creative metadata, publishing choices, Pinterest board and Pin identifiers, and performance metrics. Authentication and integration tokens are stored securely and are not exposed to the browser.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate requested workflows: organizing content, generating drafts, checking compliance, creating approved creative assets, scheduling approved Pins, measuring results, securing accounts, and diagnosing failures.

Third-party services

When connected by the account owner, PinPilot may exchange necessary data with Pinterest, Canva, Amazon affiliate services, an email authentication provider, hosting providers, and an AI generation provider. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Sharing and sale

PinPilot does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to perform owner-authorized operations or when required by law.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as needed for the service, security, audit, and legal obligations. PinPilot uses workspace access controls, encrypted credentials, validation, rate limits, and approval gates.

Your choices

Account owners can disconnect integrations, stop publishing, and request correction or deletion of their workspace information through the contact channel associated with their PinPilot account.

Changes

This policy may be updated as PinPilot changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
